Can I return my ordered products?

Of course, you can. This is possible up to 30 days after shipment of the ordered products.

What must I do to return my products?

First, the spareparts must not have been used. The products to be returned must be reported via the online return form. This can be found on the returns page. Send the part back in its original packaging to our location.

Can I return free of charge?

No, unfortunately you cannot return free of charge. Shipping costs and any additional costs are for your own account.

Where can I see the status of my returns?

You cannot see the status of your returns on the website. Would you like to know more? Please contact us via the form on the contact page. The customer service will help you as soon as possible.

Is it possible to have my returns collected?

No this is unfortunately not possible. You are responsible for shipping the returned products to our location.

I would like to change my return what should I do?

When you have registered the products to be returned via the return form you can only change it by contacting our customer service. You can do this by using the form on the contact page.

I would like to exchange my products for other products, is this possible?

No, exchanging is not possible. You can return the ordered products and re-order the correct products. The payment will be credited by us.

I have received a damaged or broken product, what should I do?

When you receive a damaged or broken product fill in the complaint form to report the product. Our customer service will then contact you as soon as possible to solve this problem.
