What do the colors shown for availability mean?

Green represents good availability and means a delivery time of up to 14 days. Orange represents limited availability and means a delivery time of 14 to 28 days. Red is poorly available and means a delivery time of more than 28 days.

My order has been confirmed, when will my products be shipped?

If in stock the products will be shipped the next Wednesday (excluding holidays and vacations). Depending on the distance to be covered, you will receive your products.

Until when can I order products for the next shipping day?

Products confirmed before Friday 17:00 and in stock will be shipped the next shipping day or the week after.

Can I pick up my order?

You cannot pick up the ordered products. The products ordered will be sent to the address you provide.

Can I divide my order over more delivery addresses?

No this is not possible. However, you can solve this by multiple orders with different delivery locations.

Can I ship my products to the United Kingdom?

No, this is not possible. You can only ship products to locations within the European Union.

Can I ship my products to Switzerland?

No, this is not possible. You can only send products to locations within the European Union.

Where can I find the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order. The cost of shipping your products will automatically appear in your shopping cart when you finalize your order.

My order exceeds the maximum weight, what should I do?

You can simply order the products, even if the total order exceeds the maximum weight. The freight costs will be calculated and invoiced after the order is placed.
