The following is in response to your request for regulatory information on our product. This Product Stewardship Bulletin (PSB) details the regulatory status of our product.

Rotovia Deventer B.V. responds to regulatory information requests with a standardized Product Stewardship Bulletin (PSB) which summarizes the regulatory status of a product. Rotovia Deventer B.V. will not complete customers’ forms or questionnaires. Standardized responses provide each customer with consistent information in a timely fashion. Each request is reviewed to ensure our response documents provide relevant information. We will continue to ensure that our internal procedures comply with legislation.

Please note that compliance with these regulations should not be interpreted to guarantee that the product, will, in fact, perform in a particular application. The application of Rotovia Deventer B.V.’s products is at the sole discretion of the customer. Due to the plurality of possible influences, while using or applying our products, we recommend that you carry out tests to determine suitability. Our Customer Service Representative can support you to determine that the characteristics of the product are compatible with the desired conditions of use.

Iso certification

Rotovia Deventer B.V. is ISO 9001:2015 certified for the scope of selling, developing, and manufacturing rotomolded products and accompanying services regarding inspection and repair of UN-approved products. A copy of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate is available on request. Rotovia Deventer B.V. is not certified for ISO 14000, nor for ISO 26000

Food contact

Some of our products are suitable for food contact. A Declaration of Conformity with reference to migration testing and conditions is available on request for each product concerned. Rotovia Deventer B.V. is not certified according to BRC, nor for IFS. Products for food contact, supplied by Rotovia Deventer B.V., need to be cleaned and inspected to your satisfaction before they can be used.

Drinking water contact

Some of our products are suitable for drinking water contact. A Declaration with reference to the materials is available on request for each product concerned.

Traceability

Rotovia Deventer B.V. has a traceability system implemented.

Access policy

Our premises are not freely accessible. Access to our premises is organized by an access procedure including registration of employees and visitors as well as for instructions, work permits, training, and audits.

Medical and pharmaceutical applications

According to legal regulations, our products cannot be used for medical or pharmaceutical applications.

Product approvals

Some of our products bear product approvals such as UN approvals for dangerous goods packaging, DIBt approvals for spill containers, and TÜV approvals for fuel tanks. Product approvals are available on request for the products concerned. The application of these products is at the sole discretion of the customer. Our Customer Service Representative can help you determine that the approvals of the product are compatible with the desired application.

REACH (EU chemicals legislation)

Rotovia Deventer B.V. does not execute any ongoing production controls on the presence of these substances. As downstream users, we need to meet the information obligations in the supply chain. The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) publishes candidate lists of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) which are constantly being updated. As soon as we become aware that the products we deliver to you contain one of the substances of very high concern listed in the candidate list in an amount of more than 0.1 mass percent, we will inform you, of our own accord, of the information obligations in accordance with REACH. According to current knowledge, our products are not subject to any information obligations.

EU directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS II)

The statements regarding components used in our products are based on the data provided by our suppliers. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this data. As far as we are aware, none of the items in our products contain any components which have to be declared. Based on these conditions we can assure you that we observe the directive of 2011/65/EU (RoHS II) within our scope of delivery and that we absolve customers from third-party claims within the limits and scope of legal liability, as far as we would directly be liable for third-party claims.

MOSH, POSH, MOAH

The chemical materials listed below are not intentionally used in the manufacture or the formulation of our base resins. However, our products have not been tested for these chemical materials: MOAH (Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbons), MOSH (Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons). This product does contain the material: POSH (Polyolefin Oligomeric Saturated Hydrocarbons).

Product stewardship bulletin Note: Regarding the presence of POSH (Polyolefin Oligomeric Saturated Hydrocarbons) in this product, oligomers in polyethylene are an intrinsic part of the polymer, created by polymerization reaction chemistry. Generally, the oligomers present in polyethylene are only linear and branched alkanes and alkenes. The potential migration levels of such oligomers from polyethylene, and the corresponding potential for dietary exposure, are below any toxicological level of concern provided the required Overall Migration Limits are met.

Conflict Minerals

For the products delivered by Rotovia Deventer B.V., we herewith confirm, that the so-called “Conflict Minerals” (tin, tungsten, tantalum, gold) will not be used by us as raw materials in our production process.

Rotovia Deventer B.V. complies with all national laws and regulations that apply to child labor.
